Return and Refund Policy
At Prasannajyot, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. In rare cases, if a product is received damaged, we may offer coupons as compensation after verifying the claim, but the customer has to record and submit package opening video for verification. Please contact our customer service team with relevant details and photographs of the damaged product to initiate the process. Decisions regarding such claims are at the sole discretion of Prasannajyot and are final.
