Refund Policy

Prasannajyot operates under a strict No Return policy. However, we do offer redressal for exceptional cases involving damaged products.

  • Damaged Products:

    • If a product is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service team at prasannajyotdiyas@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and record and submit the video of opening the package for verification.

    • After assessing the issue, we may provide a resolution in the form of a discount coupon, which can be used for future purchases.

  • No Return or Exchange:

    • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other reason, including personal preferences or incorrect purchases.
